I have made multiple complaints about the service provided, or lack thereof. I have suggested, requested, and demanded that I get a different representative than josh whitehead many times. I was provided with the wrong insurance coverage and it cost me a vehicle, at this point I am ready to call the BBB and file... I have multiple e-mails that back up my claims. DO NOT USE JOSH WHITEHEAD!

Ladies at the office are incapable of smiling or greeting you with any type of welcoming tone. Our rates were raised 30% twice when the governor only mandated a 10% increase. We switched to state farm and have more coverage for less money.

Josh Whitehead is a great agent. After years of working with Josh, Allstate could not insure our new home for reasons out of his control. Even though it meant he would be losing a customer he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of with a different agent and insurance company. Thanks, I’ll be back!

The office is disfunctional. They did not follow through with their duties causing me a great finacial burden. This start at the top of this agency. But all Josh has is excuses about the training he provided to his agents...
