We can't complain about insurance coverage or insurance companies that we get through this agency. My children and ourselves have separate policies with different companies through Joyce Towe. We are very happy with them. Also, very happy with the service and employees ( when they are available that is). Our only complaint is the hours of operation and that what they claim the hours of being open,sometimes they aren't. Several times over the course of the last 3 years the posted open hours( both online and on the door) aren't the hours they are actually there when we have called or stopped by. Recently on a Monday the hours were posted 8am to 2:30pm. Called at 11:30 to make sure( learned from past to call ahead) & make sure someone would be there at 1pm to get cards printed & info changed only to be told no they were leaving in 5 minutes to get her son to classes/appointments he needed. I believe in the past this was also an issue on a Friday with same exact reasons. Not a huge deal if hours online or on the door reflected that so we'd know ahead of time. Seemed unprofessional though as it's been an issue multiple times different days over the past few years.Really nice thing I can say is the employee was willing to come in at 4pm for a few minutes to help remedy the situation this time. My son said she was very nice and helped him get what he needed done quickly.

I have used Joyce for over 20 years and I will never use anyone else as long as she continues to do business. Can't find a more Honest, Professional, more loyal person to do business with! And she's a sweetheart! She's a independent broker who works with several insurance agencies, not to necessarily get you the cheapest insurance but the best to fit your specific needs and the one who will actually payout when things happen. And she always on top of it to make sure of it. I wouldn't take free insurance from someone else! Joyce is the go to person. I'd give her a million stars if I could!
