Like so many homeowners in California I lost my insurance coverage in April 2023. Luckily, I was referred to JP Reed’s State Farm office by one of his clients and they took me on. Again, luckily for me I had their coverage when a giant pine tree fell on my house this past February. I can’t say enough about how wonderful JP and his staff have been during this traumatic time. Not only did he show up at my door to view the damage, he and his staff supported me throughout following up on adjusters, making sure I received coverage. I procured contractor bids and in a reasonable time received approval and funds. I felt supported and heard all throughout this process, even talking to the adjusters in Texas. For such a traumatic event I am so grateful to have JP Reed’s office and State Farm Insurance covering my home.

Like a Good Neighbor...'JP & Team' are there!

Having recently had an incident with my vehicle windows, JP's team members were there to help, with great care and immediacy. They coordinated services and recommended a wonderful business for repair.

State Farm offers a replacement value update for your home to ensure your coverage is adequate. In these unpredictable times, it gave me great peace of mind to review all the upgrades we've made over the years and ensure that our home was fully described to the underwriters. Doug Wiser walked me through the questionnaire over the phone in an efficient and professional manner. The estimating tool they use is updated for current labor and material market rates, and so if the worst were to happen there would be adequate coverage from the policy. I highly recommend JP Reed's office for your home insurance needs.

JP Reed has been helpful and thorough always. I highly recommend him and his Agency. They saved me so much money and helped me to then start a retirement plan with it.
