I just want to say this firm is amazing! Lauren Olmsted is awesome! She has been with me throughout a nine month process with my insurance company due to tornado damage. My house had to be totally gutted from the damage. The Insurance company wanted to settle for very little amount that would not even fix a fraction of my house. Ms Lauren jumped into action and started working on my claim and If I had any questions or issues she was on top of it and had an answer asap. I have never had to file a claim before and pray I never have to again, but Ms Lauren made this very traumatic experience berable . She is a blessing for sure! Thank you J.R Claims and Lauren Olmsted for standing up for us!
