I can only assume you're reading this review because you're also in the unfortunate position of needing a public adjuster. You might also be wondering if it's worth spending the money to hire your own versus taking the adjuster assigned to the case by the insurer. Let's be realistic here, the insurance companies and their employees are invested in company interests before they are invested in yours. Conversely, Dalton is solely invested in prioritizing your interests, and as the primary point of contact in communicating and negotiating with the insurance company, that prioritization is paramount.

When I lost my home to a fire after Hurricane Milton, I became one of thousands of displaced residents overwhelming the insurance companies and scrambling to understand what the next steps would be. Trying to navigate my 60-page insurance policy to understand my rights and benefits felt impossible.

After living on the Florida west coast for the past 6 to 7 years as many others have, I’ve experienced damage several times to my home due to hurricane storms far more than I would like. My involvement when dealing with insurance companies while filing claims have left me disillusioned with the process. The claims that I have filed in the past were immediately either denied or lowballed so bad that when combined with the hurricane deductible the relief was next to nothing. Obviously, after each of the claims that I filed and not being satisfied with the insurance company’s proposals I was given the opportunity to go through the legal mediation process on each occasion or hire an attorney which were very aggravating ordeals either way.
I was given some excellent information that my brother, a Port Charlotte homeowner, had passed on with an extremely positive experience utilizing a public adjuster after damage to his home due to hurricane Ian. Well I took his advice after hurricane Milton damage to my home and hired the Judd Public Adjusting Agency. The anxiety of dealing with the insurance company has been pretty much nonexistent and my adjuster Dalton Judd has made the process stress free. Dalton has been a life saver when it pertained to my insurance claim. We have been fighting with our insurance company for months and got nowhere! Im not a fan of hiring someone to do my work for me, but this is one exception i had to make! Dalton stepped in to help me with my insurance claim after we had hurricane damages that went unpaid for by our IC. He managed to make them pay for all of our exterior damages caused by the hurricane as well as all of the interior that was previously denied any funds. Without Dalton I would have had to pay the damages myself, so thank you to him and his team for all the help!
