Would give them negative stars if possible. After 30+ years with the same Allstate office. The lies that I was given by the staff, asked to talk to the owner was told that she was too busy and they were hired to talk to people like me and I wasn't allowed to talk to Juli. Flat out lied and said I could not add a vehicle to the policy when I talked to corporate they said there was no problem adding the vehicle.

Sharon, the manager at all state on Main Street and walnut street in rev of California is the best. You need any insurance? You come see them in Red Bluff, California. Aaron and everybody works in here is amazing

I used to be able to call the office and make changes to my policies and ask questions. Now I have to push a multitude of buttons before I can talk to an agent. Sometimes it just goes in a loop and I get frustrated and just hang up...

Allstate raising rates every 5 months i went 140.00 a month for car insurance to they want 300.00 a month so i kicked them to the curb got better insurance and cheaper

Julie Fosters office handles our commercial policy here at Red Bluff Glass. Julie, Danielle and staff are extremely helpful, professional and work hard to give us the best price for our insurance coverage. They are all local people trying to help their community and while it is hard to be a smaller office of a big corporation they still work to provide the best prices for your needs.

Worst company ever well use the were a shell company of AllState speel to take your money and screw you around they double charged me fraudulently after multiple conversations with them saying they would fix issues with my insurance that they created. my family and friends our canceling our policy's and I well personally be seeking legal counsel don't trust this establishment or AllState as a hole.

We’ve had allstate for years, our card on file was compromised by fraud. We contacted Juli’a office to change our card information and be placed on easy pay. We turned in all documents needed and never heard back. We continually contacted their office via telephone, text, and email and received the run around and a promise for a call back with no avail. Each month that passed and our payment was not taken out of our account we were immediately on the phone. No answers, just empty promises they would work this out.

This began in May, Two days ago we contacted Shannon (Juli Fosters office) to find out what was going on… for the 100th time. quite literally! She proceeded to tell my husband that we were cancelled back in June and Allstate was no longer reinstating. 😳

Today I called Shannon at Juli Fosters office and went through all the notes since May, all she could say was this was “not her fault” and “there’s nothing i can do”
I asked her when and in what form was a cancellation notice sent out? she couldn’t tell me because there never was one. We have had no insurance since June and had no clue.
Shannon became frustrated that I was calling her out (as my husband is much more forgiving than i am.. clearly this went on for 3 months!)
Shannon said “OH MY GOD” & hung up on me!!

I called the office back to speak with Juli Foster (who isn’t any better of a human) the phone was “answered” but no one knew it… for the next 15 mins i sat and listened to this…
every agent in their office talk horribly about me, i listened as they all sat around searching for me on facebook, speak about my ex husband, his new wife, & how my husband was a sweet guy and i was just a “psycho bitch”

I called and asked for some answers, i was never disrespectful. Shannon spoke over me, was extremely unprofessional in every aspect and bottom line had zero answers for me but had no problem pointing the blame.

We have record of every single phone call, email, and text for the past 3 months, and now a recording of Juli Foster and staff speaking ill of a client! Sounds like corporate is next!
