Jacob was great to deal with. Quoted me three different companies for both Auto and Home policies. His attention to detail, policy coverage, and increased endorsements for the Home Policy are impecable. Saved me quite a bit of money for better coverage all around. Highly recommend him and his company! Their receptionist was an absolute Angel!

The team is so helpful. In spite of many challenges with phone and internet they went above and beyond to get me the answers and quotes we needed. Sometimes a good thing takes time so even if you have to leave a voice mail and wait, the service will be worth the wait.
We were also in a situation where we thought we needed more coverage but Alyssa hung in there with us and helped us feel confident with what we have even though they could have made more money from us having more coverage. That's Integrity!

Just Insure sucks. It’s made for people who drive short distance. They have the weirdest system.. stay away from this auto insurance. I cancelled my service got a refund and now with A better insurance company and plan.

Absolutely terrible service. The app itself is buggy, constantly having issues. The customer service must be overwhelmed and over worked because they are incredibly unhelpful and take way too long to respond to fix any issues. I went with them as they were seemingly more affordable, but you get what you pay for I suppose. Never again.
