100% Not Recommended.
Most of the time, they do not respond to phone calls.
According to the documents, the claim process should take 3 months, but in my case, it took 10 months and only reached Partial completion.
There is no benefit in going with JPA; I lost both time and money.

Hired them through our roofer to represent a claim. No word for two months. Reached out and was told our claim was being “looked into” before getting a form letter a week later saying they no longer represented this claim. Total lack of professionalism. Don't waste your time.
