Justin is an agent who cares. He listens and wants to be sure he's insuring you correctly and holistically. If he has any questions on your home insurance, he'll take the time to inspect the property. He's also very active and engaged in the community so overall, he's a great guy! I requested a quote for 4 policies with 12 month premiums. Justin gave me a quote for a 6 month policy for the cars but I didn't realize his error until he had already processed the house policy payment. He cancelled it, but the refund is not immediate on a credit card (that was well over $500). It has been 2 weeks and we still have no refund. As everyone knows credit card interest now gets applied from only 20-25 days. So, we will be getting interest charges for a policy we do not even have. This makes us, as a potential customer, to never want to use American Family Insurance or recommend it to anyone.

I was told their company policy is to get a refund with a paper check only. That takes 5-7 business days to process then it gets mailed from Madison, WI. 8 more days after that, still no check & no way to track it. I was told by the corporate office if the check is not ever received it takes even longer to get a new one issued. Their company policy needs to change if they want to get and keep customers.
