It is more than her years of experience and extreme knowledge. Feeling awful after being in an accident, she reassured me of the process, and told me that is why we have insurance. I cannot tell you how beneficial that was to my emotional well-being. Later, when I had any questions of the claim process, she not only answered them, and directed me in the right direction, she would get specifics by calling directly to the claim agent on my behalf.
