I'd leave ZERO (0) stars if I was able! Initial contact with these guys started out super good! As things went on, returning of emails completely stopped... especially from Lily! I had to follow up with anything I was asking. Today for example, I was supposed to get a call from "Lily" to finish my auto insurance quotes and transferring of that from my existing broker to the Kaufman agency. Still not a word from "Lily". I'd rather waste my time writing a review instead of wasting it reaching out to these people AGAIN trying to follow up!!! Had the Same issues with life insurance I was looking to purchase! Went through the whole process of questions and then all communication completely stopped. They gathered all my personal info and disappeared from all communication! Not sure if what I'm asking for is not enough insurance or I'm just simply beneath this agencies standards. Whatever the reason is, I don't know! Don't let the high reviews given of this place fool ya!!! They are not professional at all! I'd highly recommend shopping elsewhere for your insurance needs. Communication 101 should be available for this agency to revisit because they suck at it!

Kaufman has an amazing team. I generally work with Brian but sometimes he's unavailable therefore I have to work with someone else but it doesn't matter, they're all good. I've been with them for over 3 years and have had an accident that was iffy due to the other parties insurance being difficult. Brian jumped right in and guided me on alternate measures that we took to get the ball rolling. It was a long process and when I didn't get responses from the other insurance company, Brian and team would get the info I needed. Kaufman helped me shop insurance and when I was asked for paperwork by the new insurance, Kaufman said, "give us their email and we'll take care of the paperwork for you." They're always going above and beyond to make my life easy.

Kaufman came highly recommended by a friend and for good reason. Brian is very responsive, low pressure, and helped us save money on our home + car insurance bundle. He also recommended a terrific roofing company. Can’t recommend them enough.
