I've have had my home and vehicles insured by Ken Williams-State Farm for over 13 years and have always received exceptional customer service from my girl VIRGINIA . She has assisted me with every claim or question I've have had over the years. She is extremely knowledgeable and the friendliest insurance professional I have ever had. if VIRGINIA isn't immediately available, she always calls me back right away. She goes above and beyond to help with whatever I need every time. I appreciate and love Virginia very much! She's like family.
