I have had State Farm Insurance since I was 20. After Roger Maddox retired, who was my Agent all these years, they transferred me to Kendall Hancock. I was so happy to hear that a good Christian Friend of ours worked in the office. Thelma Harper is the best. Anytime I need something or have a problem, she immediately goes to work on solving it. Thelma is a great asset to State Farm. Highly recommend.

If anyone needs insurance they should give this agency a call. ALWAYS friendly, helpful in any way possible and very courteous. My agent, Thelma Harper, has gone above and beyond to help me. Absolutely NO customer service whatsoever. The receptionist cant answer the most basic questions, you can hardly understand her when she speaks and is rude. The agent, Thelma never returned my call, as I was told she would that day, or the day after... or a week later even. After being there for years and seeing how they treat loyal customers, I will make sure everyone I know knows of the service Kendall Hancock State Farm gives out.
