We made a claim for damages et cetera after a flood in our apartment over eight weeks ago it was promised to be sorted within 10 days. No one is even replying to us. It's the worst company in Canada by far square one employed them to sort out our case and they're equally as bad not one person has got back to us in over two weeks do not use this company.

Do not go with this company. They’re a complete scam. It’s been a whole month and my so-called Adjuster (SHANTI KUMAR)has been avoiding my emails. They seem to like to waste people's time a lot. So don’t bother.

I’ll be updating my review soon depending on the outcome results. I hope is on the positive and I won’t be to involve a third party entities to resolve this matter.

Just dealing with this company on an insurance settlement for my property repairs after a fire. So far they have been “ok” that why I’m giving them 3 stars for now. Hoping everything ends well and I can update my review. I’m also reviewing Square One insurance on this matter. Stay tuned!

I have been dodged by my first adjuster for weeks before being asigned to another at the same company, which has dodged my so far for well over a month. Avoid this company if you can.
