Today, Two of your customer service agents reaffirmed my feelings for the professional standards that State Farm represents. Brittany from customer service and Kayleigh from billing, went the extra mile to help me with my issues.
As a Senior customer….there have been times with other companies that the customer service representatives marginalize me and try to find the fastest way to end the call quickly…even if the information they give is incorrect. The ladies that helped me today were Professional, Knowledgeable, Respectful and empathetic to my Issues. My issue was taken care of In no time.

Wonderful experience working with Johnathan from this branch. We moved into a new apartment complex and needed renters insurance. As timing would have it, we also bought a new car and quickly found ourselves behind the eight ball with figuring our car insurance options. We called Johnathan in a panic and he was excellent in being patient and professional with us. He was able to get us a great policy that is geared specifically to our situation, not just a blanket policy. He worked quickly and efficiently getting this done for us. It was a wonderfully smooth process and I cannot recommend Johnathan and the branch as a whole enough. 5/5!

The customer service I experience here, is always a pleasure. There’s no automated system that you have to fight through, just to talk to someone. Very friendly staff. I was looking to get a quote for multiple policies. Lauren was the epitome of professionalism! i had plenty of questions as a newbie to insurance and lauren was very efficient in explaining details of my insurance. I 100% recommend this office.

Today was the 1st day I have ever encountered disrespect from Kevin's office staff. Lauren Nasi, simply did not quote me state laws re: insurance coverage. She also refused to allow me to speak with Kevin. Since Kevin had also never responded to my email request, apparently this office need retraining on customer service relations. If they have treated others the way they treated me today, God help State Farm. You can't stay in business disrespecting clients or being bias to people who are different from your staff. I am very disappointed in State Farm and feel they should still honor the code of client relations in place of attempting to denigrate those who are of a different race.
