I have had home owners insurance with Kevin Wingenbach’s office for 4 years. I’ve done business with insurance companies for 20+ years as a homeowner in multiple states. I can honestly say that this office is, hands down, the best insurance office I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had to contact the office for multiple issues over the past 4 years. Each and every time has been an above and beyond customer service experience. Angie, in particular, is consistently friendly, reliable, and resourceful. I know that if I need to contact the office, she always answers my calls, patiently listens to my issue, and has a solution each and every time.I feel very supported and valued as a customer with this insurance agency. Kevin and his team are great at what they do!! Kevin is knowledgeable about the ins and outs of insurance coverages. Claudia was there for me from day one and answering any questions I had. The team made it for an easy to switch insurances. Angie called and made sure to introduce herself and let me know she is there for any additional questions and for any claims that need to be made.
