We called Keys Claims last October (after Irma) because our insurance company was performing inadequately. We were told that we would pay them 10 percent of anything the insurance would pay us (above what the insurance company was already going to give us.
We were a little nervous about doing this but we felt that we had nothing to lose. After all, we would be happy to pay 10 percent of anything else the insurance company would give us... it didn’t sound like they were very interested in making us whole.
