5 stars is not enough. This insurance office is amazing from both a personal and a business perspective. Regarding business, they’re always knowledgeable, responsive and never pushy. When I reach out with a question or request the person who answers the phone can always answer my question or resolve my issue. Never any need to put me on hold to search for someone else.
From a personal standpoint, I’ve never dealt with a rude staff member in the 10+ years we’ve been with them. Kim Holland has always been a pleasure to work with. We had a particularly difficult year recently; auto vandalism, auto theft and more. Kim actually reached out to us directly just to ask how we were doing! No business talk at all! She just phoned to check in! Who does that these days? Not only is Kim amazingly personal but I think she has succeeded in staffing her office with a team that mirrors her genuine appreciation for her clients.
As I said in the beginning, 5 stars isn’t nearly enough. We are definitely clients for life with this office and I never hesitate to refer anybody I know to Kim Holland’s State Farm Team for services.
