Kimberly Coleman’s office is always great to deal with. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond.

My interaction with Marcus today was great. I sent a text message to the office asking a question about a potential vehicle glass claim. Marcus wrote back immediately and then called to go over the details.

He walked me through the process with the TPA vendor for glass claims. Marcus ensured that I had all of the information needed and fully answered all of my questions. The whole process was quick and easy and they were able to get me scheduled for a replacement the next day.

I'll be the first to say I have a difficult time understanding all the ins and outs of insurance. In fact, I went too long paying too much for insurance that, later I discovered, wasn't even right for me! That was until I got in touch with Kimberly and her wonderful office team. Especially Lex McKinnell! She was incredibly personable, concise, quick and quick-witted, and she got me the deals and bundles I needed....all for an incredible price, perfect for my budget!
