Kevin King is Awesome once I got my words worded correctly on our renewal and at same time we has purchased a new ride Kevin was able to explain more about the cost I thought my cost was higher by adding new 2020 vehicle I had full coverage on my 95 f150 xlt but thanks for Mr King ,Kevin said my quote was lower by a 100 bucks was able to keep full coverage on the new ride and no changes on my pickup not bad at all Thanks Kevin King ? your 5 stars in my book .

This man works alone and does not care how he speaks to his customers. I’ve been a customer for a little over a year and EVERY-TIME I call to pay my bill he tells me he is busy and i need to call back at his convenience. I asked why he doesn’t hire help because he obviously needs it and he was just rude and disrespectful. I will be cancelling my policy and trying to spread awareness on what a prick this man is!!! He shouldn’t be working in customer service let alone be able to run his own business.

We just moved here and found an easier access to a United States Postal Service office with good /some shaded parking. It is located on 1906 Mocking Bird Lane in Paragould. Kevin was extremely helpful when we needed to mail important papers to another state for authorization. He also directed us to use a faster FedEx located in Jonesboro for mailing papers to a foreign Consulate for them to verify for passports.

Awesome guy and very smart. I've been with Kings Insurance (Kevin) for 5 or 6yrs. He has the lowest prices you will find in town. He's also a talker. Lol! Loves to talk but he'll teach you alot.
