I had to post an update to this - true colors coming through - do NOT believe the commercials - you are NOT in good hands with Allstate.... I take it all back! II judged too soon! Allstate is the WORST by far! There was a problem with my payment one month because I had been issued a new bank card and forgot to update the numbers. Without warning or even contacting me to correct the oversight, my policy was canceled, and I was out of insurance more than 30 days before I found out! I was almost involved in an accident due to someone running a red light, and I would have never known I did not have coverage - not to mention they jacked up my impeccable 2 decades without an insurance lapse which all could have been avoided with a simple phone call. I would highly suggest going with a different insurance company - Progressive as a suggestion!

Always feels like family. The Kyle Turley team goes above and beyond to help their customers. Anytime I need them, they've always been there! Reasonable priced insurance and family like atmosphere. I can't imagine going with anyone else. Thank you, guys. Keep up the good work!!

Definitely some of the best customer service I've ever experienced! I had just moved to Utah and I needed to change my car insurance--these guys were so helpful, straight-forward, and honest with me. All the staff I've been in contact with have gone above and beyond from helping me navigate shopping for auto and renters insurance to filing an accident claim. They've been cooperative, compassionate, and convenient! I highly recommend these guys. They really care about their clients--one of the representatives shared with me that their salary/commission isn't effected if they sell customers more expensive insurance plan or if they rack up new clients. That way you know they truly care about the customer when they help!

Kyle is very easy to talk to. My wife and I were able to bring in our budget and tax information into him and he took the time to sit down go through everything with us and helped pick a plan that would fit us that wouldn’t break us financially. His whole crew is very friendly and kind. I is a joy to come into his office and be greeted by all of them.

I have been working with Tim and he is AMAZING! He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions (and I had A LOT!). He was also great at following up with me and was very patient as I took my time to decide. I feel very comfortable that I made the right decision to switch to Allstate!

I have a business policy with this team that I started in April. I have found it hard to get a hold of them at times or even just to reply to me. They're nice when I can talk to them.. But Its tough to want to renew with the company when they don't seem interested in helping/reaching back to you out that much. I've had multiple instances where Allstate is unaware of what's going on on with my policy based on the fact that I use a different insurance company through them. If that makes it too difficult for them or its something they don't want to do they should not offer it to customers cuz now I'm struggling having to talk to multiple different companies and my problem still isn't resolved-example: I was overcharged double and supposedly they can't reimburse you instantly for their mistake! I had to wait for a check or get charged less next month, when you run an exterior services company and winter is here, money is tight and being charged $389 versus $189 is impactful. I get answers like "thats what they do" or "we don't do it that way so I don't know" And now today, one of my vehicles is full auto coverage, but it's coming up as just liability when I call claims department for a new windshield..they want a $500 deductible?! That's why I have full auto insurance...I just need help when I ask, which isn't often. I think Kyle needs to step in over his current agent who helps me unfortunately. Will see if I renew, and if this review is even takin into consideration..

The only reason I’ve stayed with the company is because it’s one less thing to worry about during my ** treatment. (The worst customer service) and u guys over charge and without permission. Ur just not top on my list of things that I need done right now
