Below average service.
Quick to get you a quote, yes. But maintaining accountability? No.
From the start, my address was inaccurate. Then I was accused of giving a wrong address when I asked them correct it.
Fast forward to filing a claim. I called them first, because that's what I was told to do. Then I'm told my insurance company will not help because they don't have pictures of my car. But it's funny.... pictures WERE emailed to them, the day I made the purchase. I had to call the dealership to resend the original email. (That they claimed they never got)
Then, I'm told that the insurance company does not come look at the vehicle. "They don't do that".
Minutes later, I'm told that they indeed have to come look at the car. That was literally what I was explaining to them...
Overall experience is below average.
Don't blame the consumer because you're lacking.

This company over charges and takes advantage of people. Last month I was told there was an increase so I paid it. This month there's another increase of 10 more dollars supposedly. The worst part of it all is that Their customer service agent YOLANDA is straight up Rude and unprofessional. She actually was yelling at me on the phone and arguing with me about my due date, and said my policy was cancelled and when I was trying to explain it to her she kept arguing with me and then and yelled at me to call Safeway insurance and hung up on me. Heres the kicker, I don't even have Safeway insurance. I have Legacy which proves she never even opened my file. She called my phone back when she realized she made the mistake but never apologize for her unprofessional behavior and claimed that and claimed that the insurance went up yet again another $10. You tell me what's wrong with this picture.
