This is the second time Albert has helped us, so I already knew it was better to contact him right away before I started getting push back from the insurance company. He fought for everything we were entitled to and some to ensure no expected issues. Don't be fooled by the fancy firms that hands off your claim to the next guy, the only thing they can do better are sales, people to sign you up. Albert did a tremendous job for us. The insurance company was really not helping us with all the damage we sustained from Ian and Albert really stepped up. There were a ton of obstacles and he never stopped helping and guiding us throughout the whole ordeal. I couldn’t recommend him and his company enough if you have to deal with insurance and definitely deem it a necessity.

Albert walked me through the process of dealing with vendors, and he gave me great advice saving me almost $10,000 for a fix that as he advised wasn’t necessary and that my insurance would not cover. In addition, there were several other issues along the way he solved for me. Albert always replied to me in a timely manner.
