Our business switched to landing insurance over a year ago and We have been so happy With their teams professionalism, fast response and great customer service. We have worked with several insurance companies over the years and Landing is by far the best. Even during this whole Covid pandemic I called Michael at 5:30pm on a Friday because I was in need of a copy of our insurance coverage for the city and he said “no problem, I got you; check your email in about 5 minutes”. Wow we were in shock with the immediate turn around time 🙂 Our previous insurance guy would have taken at least a week to get back to us and another week for the document to be sent over 🙁
