Jo is definitely the best when it comes to her job! She is always so helpful and polite. She is extremely knowledgeable and takes pride in her work. I can for sure say that when I have been in a bind and needed help she has always been there to help me with my situation. I had just written a note to Jo Farney at Larry Lucero State Farm Agency thanking her for helping me expidite a hail damage claim. The response was immediate . This is typical of my 22 years of experience with the Larry Lucero Agency and all of their staff. They have always been friendly , efficient , and most importantly an advocate. Every claim has been handled fairly and I’ve always gotten what I’m entitled to. They never look for ways not to pay you but always give an honest assessment of what is not covered and why. I have had all my insurance with this agency for the last 22 years. In fact this marks the 47th year my wife and I have had ALL of our insurance with State Farm!

She beat their quote for a new vehicle as well as bundled in home. I highly recommend Jo and send her as many referrals as possible. Our family has home and auto insurance with Larry Lucero and State Farm. Obviously, State Farm is one of the most reputable insurance companies in America. And, although there are other State Farm agents around, it is very important to find one who has your best interests at heart. We have known Larry Lucero for almost 40 years, and there simply is no better agent in this area to handle your insurance needs. Larry is above all else honest, but he is also personable and treats you like family. He will not try to sell you something you don't need. And, Larry's team of professionals are an added bonus. They too are personable, friendly, and knowledgeable in all aspects of insurance. If you ever have a claim, and we have had more than one, Larry and his staff will go to bat for you and make you feel comfortable. They are eager to help and they will guide you through the process to make sure you are made whole. We would not hesitate to refer any friend or family member to Larry Lucero. He is the best.
