Jacob is a terrific attorney. A true professional yet down to earth and so pleasant to talk with. You feel confident with him handling your legal issues. He is diligent and thorough. As a retired professor of criminal justice and having met many attorneys in my day, as well as having had various attorneys as instructors when I was a student. I can honestly say that Jacob is different than many. He makes you feel confident and secure that he is in your corner and can get the job done. He is currently working on a case for my family and I and I know I will retain his services again. He also explains everything thoroughly and very kindly answers all of your questions, which is extremely important. Five stars…as a professional and as a gentleman.

I have not talked to Jacob Garrett yet but I talked to one of his assistants and she acted like I wasn't able to afford him right off the bat. Without even consulting with him. I don't make a lot of money but I think I can come up with the money to fight my case. I went the public defender route and my best interests were not theirs. I was told Jacob Garrett was a nice understanding man that wanted to help people fight their case the way it should be. I didn't expect to be treated that way over the phone but I hope Jacob Garrett doesn't treat me that way.

He talks a good game. He was unprepared for for my case which I paid for in full ahead of time because I live out of state. Now, the issue is still the same and I have to travel 1500 miles if I want the issue to get fixed. I would not recommend him to anybody outside of Howell county or anybody at all to be completely honest.

5K up front, no information about upcoming court dates that I was expected to go to. Andrea was wonderful but after 2 years and only talking to Jacob twice, he sends a letter demanding and additional 5k or he won’t continue to represent me in my trial finally set. Nothing more than highway robbery.

Jacob we are hoping you are having a wonderful holiday season, cause we aren't. It is going on 3 years now and we only have you to blame cause you haven't done your job. I am at the point that I don't care what I say to you or about you. We haven't heard anything from you since May and it's now the end of November. Your site states that you keep your clients informed every step of the way, so not true. Again wishing you the very best this holiday season, and when I say that I mean it in a sarcastic way.
