Bob was a big help with getting the money we needed to repair our house. Our basement flooded in the beginning of 2024 and Bob came immediately to make sure the damages were recorded and the proper clean up crew was utilized to get the wet material out of our basement. He worked right away at contacting our insurance and giving them all the information about the situation. Unfortunately, our insurance company was very unmotivated to get us the money for repairs so we could not fix our basement for a while, but Bob was always available for questions about the process and pushed our insurance to respond when they went silent. He continued to work with the insurance to get the proper amount we were due for the damages. It took our insurance almost a year to get back to us with the full pay out for damages but Bob did not let up on them and made sure they paid us what we deserved. He was great to work with and I truly felt like he put his all into our claim. He worked so hard to get our claim closed with the insurance and we appreciate all the work he did for us. In the end, we received a hefty payment from the insurance that will help us immensely with getting our basement fixed. We couldn’t recommend Bob enough! He works very hard for his clients!

I highly recommend Bob from Layden Adjustment, the public adjuster who helped me navigate the insurance claim process after my house was hit by a car. From start to finish, Bob took care of everything—he handled all the details, the paperwork, and communication with the insurance company, leaving me with nothing to worry about except signing the agreement. Not only did Bob manage the process efficiently, but he also made sure to get me the maximum insurance payout for the majority of the damage caused by the accident. His expertise and attention to detail were evident, and he truly fought for my best interests. I knew it would take some time, as insurance claims aren't instant, but I trusted Bob to do his magic, and he certainly did. A few weeks later, the check arrived. I’d prefer to provide 0 stars. When Mr Layden came to my house initially, he seemed knowledgeable and helpful in his field, said he would followup with me in a week. 2 weeks came & gone with no contact from him - me and my husband attempted contact with him multiple times over the course of a month with no call backs! Do not waste your time.

If I could leave a review with 0 stars I definitely would!! I hired him as he was recommended by someone I knew who said his son is friends with Robert Layden & that Robert Layden also had done work for him in the past!! Anyway him & his employee came to my home to assess the issues told me to send him all the pictures & documents that serv pro & I had which was done immediately ( this all started in January 2024 ) he had me sign papers so he could speak on my behalf to Allstate which I did before he left my house that day. I didn't hear from him a month later (February 2024 ) so I called to check the status and his employee answered the phone & took all my information & said he'll have Robert call me. I waited about 2 weeks W/ no return call & I reached out again left a long message on his V.M. asking him to call me I am checking on the status & could he call me back to let me know what is going on. Again no response!! It is now April 2024 I called a good 15/20 times ( also stopped by his place of business once & nobody answered the door either) & through all those calls once Robert answered the phone & acted like it wasn't him on the other end & 1 time ( the 1 and only time I had put my phone down for a minute & walked into another room he did call W/no message left for me & didn't answer any of the questions I been asking him on his V.M. ) I returned his call within 5 minutes of him calling me & I got his V.M. again!!! Robert to date hasn't reached out @ all & I don't know what is going on or if he is even working on my case or not & in the mean time I can't properly use my bathroom or my kitchen!!! I am disabled so not being able to use things properly in my home is causing a real issue.. So as another person's review said he doesn't return calls, it's 10000000% true & wished I had read that review before hiring Layden adjusters. Do yourself a favor & call someone else that cares to work for you. If I anything changes after this review I will update.

I hired Bob Layden to handle a claim December 2019 and he has yet to resolve the situation. He never responded in a timely manner and to date refuses to acknowledge the claim hasn't been settled. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS agency!
