Worse agent ever. Did not cancel my home insurance from prior year so I got charged from my lender twice. This didn’t get solved until year after. Then wrote a review about that and I get a follow up email stating, if you don’t like my service you can go somewhere else. OH I definitely went somewhere else. I work in customer service for 11 years and I know customers can be rude but that tone in an email was just extremely
UNPROFESSIONAL. Don’t waste your time. On top of that, home insurance went up? Doesn’t call to check up, no follow ups. I’m surprised she even has 1 employee working for her.

The owner of this business is rude and does not want any new business. I was coming with my mom switching from another out of town allstate agent to her. She refused to help us switching, refering company policy. That is fine I got it. So I requested her to give us the company phone so I can call and request them to transfer - as my last call to AllState number got routed to the old agent - which I asked and they refer to the new agent (this lady) to do the work. This lady said "I cannot give it to you", and "None of my business". Mom really want to a close-to-home agent and speak Vietnamese so that the reason to visit. Hey, screw this business and Allstate. I am taking my mom to AAA and got excellent service there !

They are good , they do whatever i have a questions, fast service. Even they were so busy but they can answer or help me on the phone or email in a same day. They do service for me more than 20 yrs. ( i think ) We love you Leanne

Nobody answering the phone for hours then I can't get a manager on the line when they finally do answer. You charged me for 4 months after I canceled my policy. Incredibly unprofessional. I shouldn't have to make sure I do the nonexistent manager's job. DO NOT REMOVE MY COMMENT AGAIN.
