Dan who is the actual owner is the worst owner I've dealt with. His representative Monica or whatever her name is, is the worst agent I've ever dealt with. She promised me a premium coverage quote and a month later I was billed with double the original price. She is a liar and takes the cheap way out. Do whatever you can to avoid her/them. The owner will simply demand you to take your business elsewhere when he can't back up the things his staff says. WORST AUTO INSURANCE BROKER IN THE CENTRAL COAST!!
