We contacted Shelli at Leavitt to get some help with our health insurance. After a few emails back and forth, we stopped hearing from her entirely. I called and emailed several times with zero response. Finally, after about two weeks we called the office and were transferred to Dan, who was able to help us immediately. We are so glad we got help from Dan but extremely disappointed that we were completely dropped by Shelli with no word.
