Used to be very good in the past but the service quality has declined. Paid a load of money for the insurance and still no packet showing the details of coverage. Very impersonal now. But I get it, online correspondence and contact on nearly everything these days is the ubiquitous social alienator of our culture. Actual human contact? Forget about it. Deserves 1 star—if that.
