I met Zach Burton earlier this year when we had an extremely short amount of time to complete our insurance renewal for property, cyber, etc. I reached out asking if he'd be willing to take that on for us. Not only did Zach say yes, but he reviewed our current policies, suggested critical updates, went to market and brought quality carriers and reasonable quotes back to us for review. Zach was extremely informative answering all of my questions. Although I would never recommend asking for a 10 day turnaround, Zach got this done with a day to spare. It's not often I will feel completely confident from the get go, but Zach is professional and extremely qualified in his field.

We own a small business, and have used this company for a while. When we started using Judy, she was very dry, and didn't want to explain anything. I would always send an email with questions, and she would just say the same thing over and over in different wording. I would try and call her and she would say send an email, because I don't understand what you are saying. I finally got fed up with her, because she was never helpful, that I called and talked to someone else in her office, Alice. WOW SHE IS AMAZING and SOO SWEET and explained everything! I tried to reach out to her, but she is out of the office for the next few weeks. So then, I reached out to Jody, ( Last Resort) and asked her my question, and then she responds, " In order to provide you with more personal service your account has moved to our commercial lines department." SERIOUSLY? Thank you for NOT giving us a heads up, thank you for NOT answering my question, and thank you for just turning your head. This place, other than Alice is ridiculous.

Jon was able to get me way better coverage than what I was getting for a little bit better of a price than what I was currently paying. I’ve never had to use my insurance policies but recently I had an employee using one of my vehicles during personal time get hit from behind. LeBaron & Caroll were there to guide us and help protect us, also ensured that we got taken care of by the individuals insurance policy.
