Very disappointed with this firm. I've been over charged for 3 months for a vehicle that I no longer own and I told them that I no longer want it on my policy over 3 months ago. They basically lied and told me it was removed but I'm still getting charged for it. I've reached out to them twice regarding this issue with no response.
I was recently in an accident. When I had inquiries about it they said, "to keep the process as simple as possible, the insurance company will work directly with you." Basically F off and don't bother us.
Finally, I requested a declaration of insurance. The least they could do is respond, but they just ignored me.
It's apparent they are happy to take your money, but don't want to service their customers when they need assistance. The reviews are most likely friends and family.

I was pointed towards Legacy Insurance Partners by my insurance company and was no longer able to cover my vehicle (a vehicle that is not the easiest to insure due to it originating as a "commercial" county vehicle and since becoming a personal non-commercial vehicle). Amanda Barry was so great to work with and made selecting the best policies easy. She walked through the options and answered all of my questions. She also saved me a lot of money. Even with adding a rental property to my overall insurance, I am paying half of what I paid before.

Amanda Barry was my insurance agent. I made very sure to ask her once contract was signed if ALL was taken care of. She assured me it was, about a month later I was hit with a very large fee due to a certain paper not being signed. She was very unprofessional in handling things and basically said "your fault not mine" so dropped her as my carrier. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO EVEN MY WORST ENEMEY
