This is rather long but I waited to post this and thought long and hard. The original salesperson that sold me my policy was a nice guy he's no longer with the company, that said I purchased the policy in October of 23. I bought every possible rider and also purchased a umbrella policy. I was told many things which I will not get into detail at this point. Bottom line, we suffered a fire in May of 24, we are still dealing with the claim it is absolutely atrocious this company that I was sold which by the way I cannot divulge at this point until the claim is closed was represented by legacy and the owner Brian. The fire was devastating to me and then no communication from the insurance company themselves, furthermore I was then dropped or actually non-renewed just two months into the claim. My new policy would have renewed in October and I was told by both the sales rep and the owner that they would shop for insurance I heard nothing for over a month I was within 2 weeks of having my policy expire and they finally came back with a astronomical estimate I felt like they drug their feet, didn't care about getting me insurance whatsoever, I felt I was lied to and deceived on what my policy actually would cover. Yes the insurance company has been dragging their feet, but legacy represented them and sold their policy and then left me out to dry. I am going to be out well over hundreds of thousands of dollars over this and it's not over. Yes I have insurance now from another company which is awesome and they did not try to rip me off and give me some astronomical quote. It was within $1,000 of my original policy which I felt was fair. Do your due diligence on this company I see that he responds to these so I'm curious to see what his response will be on this one. This almost devastated my life and I'm still trying to recover from this and to have your whole life hanging by a thread because someone doesn't want to pay out is just sad.

Absolute disgrace of a company, they ended up conning me into an insurance I never asked for and despite emails proving the case, all I got was Seth acting like a keyboard warrior talking to me with a chip on his shoulder. This company is a joke and was a liability for us to use, their service was run by amatuers who couldnt thjink their way out of a wet paper bag, I will never do business with any of them ever again, they didnt take ownership of the mistake that Seth made, but they sure watched him try and squirm his way out of it and blame others. What a joke. Avoid these people at all costs, Plenty of other companies in town who do better work using the same contacts they do.
