Couldn't be happier! I decided to switch to a new policy after my previous insurance company was gouging me. I got in touch with Emily through Leinweber's Agency. She was thorough in investigating my old policies, attentive to my needs and what I was hoping to find, and did an excellent job of walking me through my options. As a result, Emily delivered a perfectly tailor made policy. It was MUCH cheaper and more robust than my old policy. We had been with our previous independent agent for 14 years, when at the age of 55, sudden and unexpectedly, our agent and friend passed away in August 2024. We had just received our auto and homeowners 2024 renewal policies just after she had passed, and I started my search for an Independent Agency near our home, when I found Leinweber Insurance Agency and checked out their website.

I went in and met with Krista Egle at Leinweber Agency just last week and she was Amazing! We had her transfer our existing policies with Travelers Insurance to Leinweber Insurance Agency effective our September and October 2024 renewal dates. A couple days later, Krista reviewed our policies and called to ask a few questions; in which she ended up saving us $1,148.00 on our 2024 auto and homeowners renewal policies combined!!! Keeping us with the same carrier! Everyone we've met at their office is just so friendly, knowledgeable, and Professional, I've already referred family members to Leinweber Insurance Agency and Krista Egle! I highly recommend Leinweber Insurance to anyone I come across. They've saved friends thousands of dollars. I've been with them since we purchased our home in 2015 and each year they get me the best deal with the best coverage. This year, Angela went above and beyond to explain everything to me when I encountered sticker shock, and gave me a couple of different quotes. When I asked her what she would do, she gave her honest opinion with facts to back it up. A+ customer service!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The service is terrrible, they do not correct things when they get them wrong. I purchased insurance for my home and they insured an address on the other side of town and refused to correct it. When I make calls to the office about it they say they do not wish to hear about it. They said they reached out to me to correct this, but this is not the case. Angela Yearous insured someone eslse's property on my dime for a year, then anounced there was nothing to be done and instead of making notes about my property she was completely surprised about everything we spoke about. She spoke in a very different manner to me when people "were listening" (her words) than when they were not. Not quality work, no integrity. When I had occasion to call back I spoke with Emily who said she did not want to discuss it, because she did not want to disparage a fellow employee, and gave me no one else that I could speak with about this. (worried about speaking truth?). Poor phone skills, no follow through. I went with another company and I am happier.
