No vale la pena pasar perder el tiempo en la agencia. Se ve que no entrenan bien a sus empleados y los esplotan. Solo 1 persona e a ta haciedo todo. Hasta para cancelar la asefuranza fue todo ub problematic.
Poor customer service, we had so many headaches trying to get the insurance straight. A simple process they make it complicated and are unable to help over the phone, making people come to a crowded small office with ONE person doing it ALL!!! Just don't and avoid the headaches...

Unwilling to work with. Horrible phone service too. Couldn't even file a claim with them. Worst service and treatment. Not Bilingual friendly. Triple AAA waaaaaay better.
