I would highly recommend Lena Lucio agency. Lena takes great pride in her customers on or off the clock. I had an emergency with my son's vehicle where I had to get roadside sent out and called her on a weekend. She gladly helped me which made the process go so much smoother. In addition, she helped me provide paperwork coverage which she sent to the dealership on the last 4 vehicles purchased between my son and I. Again all was done after hours and on the weekend.

Lena and her staff have always been prompt, professional and keep me updated on my policy. I am always happy to refer people to her agency.

Excellent service. GREAT agent! I was exploring making a move to another insurer due to my rates increasing because my insurance company raised rates significantly due to their losses in the California fires. I spent some time with Lena who reviewed what I had and she realized after taking a lot of time to go through the material that couldn't help me directly. She was honest and direct and I really appreciated that. Instead, she spent her time giving me her advice on what I should do. She didn't have to do that and she went out of her way to be helpful. You don't find this often, so I wanted to comment on it and say that if you happen to hire Lena as your agent I'm sure you'll be very pleased. Lena is very knowledgeable about products offered, she explains coverages to where I understand what each one means, very prompt when I need a insurance card emailed. I highly recommend her as a insurance agent, staff is very friendly as well!

I was trying to file a claim and was told by Lena it wasn't covered. After some arguing she referred me to the claims department which was very helpful and said my claim would be covered. My issue is not with Allstate, and I do not want to leave Allstate, but rather with the individual agency( Lena Lucia). I have asked that I be moved to a new agent, which they did, but I found out they are still giving Lena the commissions. I don't feel it's fair the agent that does the work, will not get the commissions, when she almost lost the customer! Might be time to leave Allstate! I am updating this review to let you know I had to cancel my Allstate policies after Lena called me harassing me about my review along with emails.
