I had relatively no issues for several years but when it came down to canceling my policy because I was moving Jesus dropped the ball several times and now I am paying overdraft fees because he didn’t submit the proper paperwork on time. I submitted the cancelation two months before my policy renewal and my policy is still active 3 months later. So if you have him as your agent be sure to go above him and cancel through the companies customer service line!
