Auto insurance rates went up 30% 2 years in a row (almost $200/month) without any accidents... canned response was "it's expensive to drive in Colorado" SMH an hour later Progressive got my business. I refuse to lose! Not price gouging me greedy bastards, not today🤷🏾

They do whatever it takes to try and deny a claim. They also recently acquired safeco who is known for the exact same thing, to deny claims. They are also rated one of the worst insurance companies.

Worse customer service ever.. I’m currently talking to everyone I know with their insurance with large business and getting them to switch due to the extremely terrible insurance they provide.. There is no peace of mind from liberty mutual.. They will pass basic cases off from one agent to another who all only know how to deny for made up causes that aren’t real.. Shame on you liberty mutual

I'm a senior that doesn't drive over 25 mi a month I haven't had any accidents or tickets for years and Liberty Mutual has raised my rate to the point where I can't afford to even have them as a insurance person anymore I've got to get a different insurance company and yes I found one that's only about $3 more than what I was paying Liberty Mutual Jack my rates up $40 which is ridiculous they're not worth having I'm very disappointed in them. Don't even think about using Liberty Mutual unless you want to get ripped off.

Started at a good $2050 for 2 vehicles every 6 months
Fast forward 8 months, no accidents, no tickets, no claims but my policy went up $650!?

DO NOT USE LIBERTY MUTUAL! They cancelled my insurance, and didnt even come to look at my car personally after I filed a claim. When trying to contact them for resolution, you get ZERO email returned, ZERO returned phone calls.
