We started out getting auto insurance estimates. State Farm gave a great estimate. So once I decided I needed more info I sent a corresponding email with my questions. No response for a week, I called and found the gentleman i was working with no longer worked there. So I was appointed another guy Lincoln to take over. Our total was not correct but he explained and in the end we settled. I was able to get what I needed with a bit more than initially quoted but it was better than I was getting now. So right now I'm completely satisfied.
