I moved my home and auto to Linda March 2024. I was wanting an agent that would create a relationship and be available when questions or concerns arise. After my policies increased over a hundred dollars plus a month and no claims filed, I asked to cxl. I was never asked what policies as the agent assumed it would only be auto. Home is paid by mtg company and never got anything till the policy was up for renewal. The agent would not back date and held insured responsible. What is an agent's responsibility to their insured? Is it to assume and not ask the question's or educate? One of our business's that does over 2 million a year was with another country financial rep. Unfortunately, Country Financial has lost our commercial and personal. We have moved all policies to an independent agent that is on his game, communicates, and doesn't assume, shops Mutiple carries, goes above and beyond.

My husband and I always look forward to our annual meetings with Linda to discuss any concerns we may have regarding our insurance.
