Already a lot of positive reviews for these folks, but I can’t help but agree. It was super easy to call them and they shopped around for better deals on our auto and home insurance. Less than a day later we are now set up with better coverage for both of our cars and paying less than we were paying for just one car. Cassi was professional and friendly to work with, and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience with Lone Tree. So much better than going online and sifting among the ads and websites.

I’d like to recognize the outstanding customer service we received from Lone Tree Insurance representative, Cassi Johannsen. Once contacted, Cassi proficiently requested, obtained, and analyzed the necessary documents to assess all our insurance needs which included home, auto, personal articles, and umbrella policies. Within hours, new coverage options, involving two carriers, were presented at a far lower premium than the existing policy. Granting immediate approval to change to the new carriers, Cassi had electronic documents drawn up and we were able to e-sign; all completed in less than 24 hrs. She is extremely knowledgeable, communicative, and delightful to work with.

Andrew & Cassi were so so so helpful during my car insurance shopping process! They assisted me in getting a new policy after my old one lapsed. We increased coverage, lowered the deductibles, added roadside + other insurance perks. And they STILL saved me money! They were prompt, professional and didn’t take any shortcuts. It was SUCH a pleasure working with Dave and the whole Lone Tree team! As a first time home buyer and therefore insurance buyer, I had a lot of questions for Dave, and he probably spent 30 minutes on the phone with me going over everything so I would feel comfortable choosing the best plan for my family. Incredible! He is so personable, kind, professional, and clearly wants the best for his clients. That being said, he got us an AMAZING rate!!
