If I could do a negative star I would. I received a letter that I needed to provide documentation to keep Mercury Insurance. After a couple of weeks of no update. I called Loomis said it takes 30 days. I contacted Mercury through their website. They needed more information. Kept sending more pictures and documentation. Never received a call or letter even after leaving message. Well found out today that Mercury wants me to replace my electrical panel or they will not renew. I should have been advised at the end of last years renewal.

Been trying to get a hold of someone. I have been paying my vision and dental insurance every month yet my vision insurance says it’s been terminated due to not received payment from loomis. When i initially called last month due to the problem trying to get my 6 year old son new glasses, they said it was due to a system switch over and should be active in a week. It’s been over a month and still not been received by avesis. I need a call back ASAP. Better business bureau is my next stop.
