I have two homes where I’ve been receiving mail for many many years! I have been getting hit with a $5 invalid address fee. Meanwhile I receive all the mail the union sends. I asked for a refund and Janine the branch manager said no because on her system mail is being returned. I told her nothing is being returned I have the mail. This is the second time going through this with the union and the first time I had my fees returned. I have my Delmarva bills and current and former picture id showing both addresses. I have been in the banking industry myself for 15 plus years and this is disturbing. I will continue to escalate as this is unacceptable.

I have had an account for almost 25yrs and my family has had account for 35+yrs and you always get great personal service. Sometimes recognizing my voice and know me and my family. Best place to bank 🏦 in Delaware!

Loan process is totally broken. I went there for a car loan, they verified my credit score with a hard enquiry (700+) and told me I could get a loan, proceeded with documentation for almost a week and then the manager came back saying we cannot give you the loan as history is not too old and I had to scramble at the last minute. The customer service is too bad and the manager does not know how to run the place.

Poor service. No one answers the phone, ever and when they do it seems as if they hate thier job. Even branch manager had a poor attitude. I would stay away from Louviers. just a poor customer experience.
