Ashlee has been my "go to" insurance agent since July of 2016. She has always been attentive, communicative and patient while explaining companies, coverage and payment options.

Originally I had an "insurance broker" that I thought handled my insurance needs with care, but one day when I actually needed them (I had a car drive through my back wall and almost into my pool!), I couldn't raise them on the phone, over email, or by social media. I had to call and complain to several other employees to finally get a call back only to be told they "quoted me wrong" and I didn't have the coverage I originally requested or that our correspondence indicated I should have. I ultimately had to pay out of pocket for that, lesson learned. I shopped around with other brokers but always felt rushed and another "number" if you will, didn't feel like I was being treated as an individual.

Ashlee on the other hand, went out of her way to not only find best price for what I have to ensure (I own a home and 3 vehicles), but she actually spent time to properly educate me on why she was quoting me certain coverage, what I would expect, and what scenarios it would cover. I had no idea about the common misconceptions with insurance, what I had and what I assumed I was covered for in the past, she truly does take pride in her work!
I would recommend her ten fold, her and her business partner always answer the phone with a smile and actually return voice mails, I've even received replies to emails in the evenings or over the weekend (especially when car shopping!) from them regarding questions, price inquires or when I think I messed something up!
