Was told I'd get a call back from the insurance broker by the receptionist (has filipino accent) but never did. First time I called the receptionist told me I'd get a call back but didnt specify when. 2nd time I called she told me that the broker was on a plane and would call me when she landed. Not sure what kind of business this is but maybe try calling clients back?

Horrible customer service. Lady was mad over the phone because I didnt understand what she was saying and I asked her to please spell it out and she said oh my god, put me on hold and never came back. I called back several times during hours of operation and no answer.
