Lee is very professional and knowledgeable. He takes his time in finding the best coverage at a good price. Recently, my daughter was buying a car for her son. She is on a tight budget. She would call Lee about each car they looked at to see about insurance rates on that particular car. With a lot of help from Lee, she found her son an affordable car AND insurance within her budget thanks to all the time Lee spent guiding her.
He is one in a few professionals that goes above and beyond for his customers. I am 100 percent sure I have the best coverage out there for my car, home and, now family.

Lee Major has been our Insurance agent for over 10 years. Lee always responds to our phone calls in a timely manner with the utmost professionalism. He takes the time to listen to our needs and also has patience with our questions. He will do his best to find us the insurance companies to fit our needs and lifestyle. of course saving us money whenever possible. I have neve had a worse experience dealing with an insurance company or agent than with Lee Major. After signing me up with my policy he became unresponsive to my calls. Everytime after our initial conversation his only response was that I should call the insurance company's customer service line instead of him. When I cancelled my policy to go with another company he never passed along the cancellation notice to the Hartford resulting in me getting billed twice (once by the old company and once by the new). I'm currently working on getting my refund from the original company and was of course told to call the Hartford directly. Call whatever company you're interested in directly. Lee added zero value to my experience but caused plenty of inconvenience.
