Thankful to have had State Farm on our side after we were hit! The claim process was easy and stress free we got the car to the shop got our estimate done ,unfortunately for us it was a total loss but State Farm made arrangements and had us paid within 2 days! We also had a car seat involved and the service they used got a new safe seat (even provided us a convertible car seat instead of the infant carrier that was involved so we could get more use of it)sent to us within 10 minutes of talking with them. Great service and friendly office to work with! Makayla Chadwick is amazing to work with thank you for taking care of my family!

I recently transitioned my home, auto, and umbrella liability policies from another insurance company, after they had unreasonably increased the premiums. Makayla Chadwick and her entire team did a wonderful job in answering all of my questions and ensuring a smooth transition. I also had an
unfortunate mishap with a javelina and one of our vehicles shortly after we joined State Farm. Kat was wonderful in explaining the claims process and reassuring me that these types of accidents are considered unavoidable. Kat also tracked the progress of the claim, since the policy was so new it was still in underwriting. I could not have asked for better client service. I highly recommend State Farm and the Chadwick Agency.

My originial policy is/was with State Farm in Colorado. What a mess they have made. Needless to say our ATV's could have been inpounded because the Colorado State Farm office.

I stopped by the State Farm office on Roberts Rd, PV. Spoke with Katt and we are in the procces of getting everything straightened out. Katt has gone above and beyond helping me with large insurance problem. If you need people who know what they are doing go to the State Farm office at 3700 N Roberts Rd Ste 1, Prescott Vly, AZ. They will take very good care of you.

After relocating to Prescott Valley we discovered our previous provider of 20+ years was not competitive in this market, so unless we wanted to pay close to 2x the rates, we were forced to find a new provider. State Farm agent Katt Lawhown's team was wonderful to work with. Responsive, thorough and very kind. We dropped those other guys and look forward to the net 20+ years with State Farm!!
