As the Network Admin of a small public school you need something to look over your shoulder, so to speak. MM does a great job of looking through your Google apps to see who needs protected and who might need some direction. Search for emails and dig through Drive for lost files or emails. It really does it all and they work hard to expand on their product each year.

Managed Methods has been a great tool in our technology department for our school district. We can easily see any "risk" releated emails and send those to the appropriate person(s) right away for review. We alert our Metal Health Nurse with all incidents that would relate to a student harming themselves and she immdediately investigates further .

I use Managed Methods to block google logins from certain countries and IP's. The Login Analyzer and reports make it easy to identify common ISPs that attackers may use to launch phishing and spam attacks.

I also use their policies to suspend users for accounts that appear to be compromised and use their live searches to remove emails and documents that could be potential threats.

Using live searches could be time consuming depending on how many user are in your organization and getting the logs from google may not be in real time. That may not be the fault of Managed Methods but it is something to be aware of.

Their tech support is very responsive and helpful.
