When I brought my car here for repair, I thought I was making a wise choice. I looked at Google reviews and chose this place because they were recommended by the dealer. I dropped my car off, and never once did I get an update on my car the whole 12 days it was there. Only after my insurance company called me and told me my car might be a total loss did I start to question how honest this place was. I asked for the estimate on my car many times, and every time, I was given the run around. Then, when my car was deemed a total loss, they wanted to charge $287 per day that the car was there. This place inflated the estimate so high that the insurance company started to question my claim. My car was finally towed by the insurance co. and after further investigation, the insurance company will pay my claim, but it's sad that a body shop that has so many accreditations will do this. If you go here, ask for an estimate. First, tell them you want it in writing even before you get your insurance company involved. The damage to my car was not even that bad. It was a fender bender. No visible heavy damage to my back bumper, but the body shop said all damage was inside. Now I'm out a car. My car was a brand new 2024 nissan altima. One month, I had it. BEWARE OF MC COLLISION

If I could give less than 1 star I would. My truck was pristine inside and out when it went in for some warranty paint work on the doors and fenders. When my truck came back the first time, the tint on my driver window had been scratched with a razor blade and covered with a sharpie, they didn’t tape off the inside so all the dust from the paint went inside the truck, they over-sprayed paint in the bed, and messed up my headlights…after keeping it for another month to fix those issues it came back with scratched window glass on 3 windows, the interior still had paint dust inside and they scuffed my bumper in two places. This place is the absolute worst. Their employees don’t care about the quality of their work and the people checking the vehicles before they leave aren’t doing their job either. My truck went to that shop 3 different times and it came out worse then went it went in.

UPDATE:
The management has fixed all the issues. They were profusely apologetic for the issues and now everything has been resolved. I know these things can happen anywhere, and grace should be given. I hope the management learned from this very expensive experience and they made changes to how they do things. Thank you for fixing it right.

Good as new! They will fix it until it looks as it’s factory standard. This is my second time there, just love their service and how reliable they are. The owner and stuffs are really nice. They will do all the paper work with the Insurance company including going back and forth getting the right fix for my car. Also, they will wash and wax your car after they fix it! I couldn’t ask for anything more. Definitely my go to place whenever I need my car fix.

They did such an amazing job fixing my vehicle! And they detailed my car and I picked it up looking like brand new. Marvin was great at keeping me updated, and they got my car fixed quicker (2 weeks instead of 3) than what I was originally quoted.
